How fulfillment works
The website currently collects inquiries rather than taking direct online product orders. For a physical print project, the confirmed written order should identify quantities, materials, proof/approval requirements, estimated production time, pickup or delivery method, and costs. Digital design and website deliverables are normally supplied via the method stated in the project scope.
Production time
Production estimates begin under the conditions stated in the accepted order (for example, after payment, receipt of usable art files and proof approval). Timing can change if specifications change, approvals are delayed, materials become unavailable or a carrier experiences delays. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.
Shipping and pickup
Availability of shipping, local pickup and rush delivery varies by project and will be specified in the approved quote. Shipping charges, estimated transit time, any required signature, address confirmation and responsibility for shipping insurance or damage claims should be addressed before payment. Government taxes and any applicable charges will be shown in the final order as required by law.
Damage, loss and delivery issues
Inspect packages reasonably promptly. If an order arrives damaged, appears incomplete or is delivered to the wrong address, email Kyron@thegoatprintz.com with photographs and the order reference. We will assist in investigating the issue and determine an appropriate response under the order agreement, carrier terms and applicable law.
International or restricted products
International shipping, regulated materials, specialty labeling or products requiring licenses may be unavailable or require a separate compliance review. Clients remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their supplied packaging claims and materials.
