Our website and brand
The G.O.A.T. Printz name, goat mascot, logos, graphics, text, layout and other original site elements are our intellectual property or used under license. Unless separately authorized, this website does not grant a right to copy, resell, train commercial creative models on, or reuse our protected material in third-party branding.
Client-supplied content
Clients should submit only files and instructions they own or are licensed to use. By supplying materials for an approved project, a client grants the limited permission reasonably necessary for us and appropriate production vendors to evaluate, produce and deliver the contracted work. The client remains responsible for clearing third-party rights, including fonts, imagery, music, model releases, trademarks and source content.
Ownership of commissioned work
Payment alone does not necessarily transfer all copyright or source-file rights. Each approved proposal or contract should state what final deliverables, licenses, source files, reusable code, templates and third-party components are transferred or retained, and when those rights take effect. Reusable frameworks, background tools and pre-existing components may remain subject to separate licenses.
Portfolio and confidentiality
We respect confidential project information. Any case-study display, named-client reference, testimonial, or use of client work in our public portfolio should be based on the parties’ permissions or applicable written agreement. If you have a concern about a displayed image or project, contact us.
Copyright concerns and takedown requests
To report material you believe infringes your rights, email Kyron@thegoatprintz.com with the page URL, your contact information, identification of the original work, the material in question and a good-faith explanation. We will review credible requests and respond as appropriate. This address is for general copyright reports; it is not a claim that we have registered a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
