No attorney-client relationship
Reading our site, downloading a sample, receiving a price estimate or sending an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, legal privilege, or an agreement for legal services. Do not send privileged or highly confidential information through an ordinary contact form.
Scope of templates and business support
Generic templates and explanations are not tailored legal opinions, guarantees of enforceability, tax advice or assurances that a filing meets the rules of a particular jurisdiction. A client should obtain professional legal or tax review for entity formation, LLC agreements, trusts, employment matters, regulated products, intellectual-property transfers and other legally significant decisions.
California restrictions
California regulates compensated legal document assistance and prohibits the unauthorized practice of law. Certain document-selection, preparation, filing or legal self-help activities may require county registration, bonding, specific contracts or licensed attorney involvement. We will not provide services that require a license or registration unless the necessary authorization is in place. A general business-services page should not be understood as an offer to perform restricted legal work.
Independent professionals and agreements
Where legal review, licensed counsel, or specialized regulated work is necessary, the client should retain an appropriately licensed independent professional.
