Privacy Policy.

What we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us about your information.

Effective: October 31, 2026 The G.O.A.T. Printz LLC

Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how The G.O.A.T. Printz LLC (“we,” “our”) handles personal information through thegoatprintz.com, including project inquiries and quote requests. It does not automatically cover a client’s separate website, app, or other service that we may build, which may have its own privacy policy.

Information we receive

  • Information you submit: name, email address, optional phone number, business or brand name, budget range, selected services, project descriptions, and any details you choose to provide in an inquiry.
  • Correspondence: emails, project files or other materials you send directly to us.
  • Technical information: basic request logs, IP address, browser/device information and potential anti-spam signals that may be processed by our website hosting and security providers.
  • Local site preferences: a browser-storage choice named goat-theme remembers whether you selected light or dark mode. The website's price estimator runs in your browser; the estimate is transmitted if you submit a quote request.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government IDs, medical information, or highly sensitive legal or financial records through ordinary website forms.

How we use the information

  • Respond to questions and prepare requested project estimates.
  • Communicate about requested services, production timelines, proofs, revisions and fulfillment.
  • Protect the website from misuse, diagnose technical issues and maintain records needed for business operations.
  • Comply with applicable law and resolve disputes.

Submitting a quote form does not automatically subscribe you to a promotional mailing list. We do not use your inquiry as permission to send recurring marketing texts.

Hosting, sharing and processors

Our website is hosted on Netlify, which may process website requests, submitted forms and spam-prevention data on our behalf. We also use external services to load fonts (Google Fonts). We may share information with service providers necessary to respond to your request or carry out an agreed project, and with authorities when required by law. We do not publish private project briefs without permission.

We do not currently include advertising-pixel or behavioral-advertising scripts in this website build. If we later introduce analytics, ad tracking or additional vendors, we will reassess the disclosures and any choices or consents required.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries and related project records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, deliver services, maintain business records or comply with law. Retention periods can vary by project and legal obligation. We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please request an approved secure transfer method before sending sensitive files.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided by emailing Kyron@thegoatprintz.com. We will consider and respond to requests under applicable law; some information may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can remove the saved theme preference through your browser settings or change it with the website theme control.

California residents: additional rights may be available when the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to the relevant business and processing. The CCPA does not apply to every small business. We will provide any further notices and opt-out methods required if applicable; contact us to inquire about your information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Cookies, online tracking and Do Not Track

See our Cookie & Tracking Policy for the technologies identified in this build. The site saves a functional light/dark theme preference in local storage. Third-party infrastructure may use cookies or similar technology independently. The website does not currently run cross-site behavioral-ad tracking, and it does not implement a separate response to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where an applicable law recognizes a universal opt-out signal, we will honor it to the extent our practices and law require.

Updates and contact

We may revise this policy as our tools, services or legal requirements change. The latest effective date appears above. For privacy inquiries, email Kyron@thegoatprintz.com.
