Before an order is accepted
Submitting a web form or using the price estimator does not create a paid order. You may withdraw an inquiry before accepting a separate written proposal or order without an order cancellation charge from us.
After project approval
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the written agreement and the stage of the work. A quote or contract should disclose any deposit, completed design labor, committed materials, approved proofs, third-party costs and costs already incurred. We do not represent every deposit or payment as automatically nonrefundable. When a project is cancelled, we assess amounts earned or committed and any refund due in light of the signed agreement and applicable law.
Custom printing and made-to-order products
Customized items cannot always be resold, so changes after final artwork approval or production start may involve unrecoverable production costs as described in your confirmed order. Incorrect, damaged, materially defective or nonconforming products should be reported promptly with the order reference, photographs and an explanation so the issue can be evaluated. Depending on circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include correction, reprint, replacement or refund.
Digital design, website and documentation services
Work already performed, milestones accepted and third-party purchases may affect a cancellation settlement. If we have not supplied a promised deliverable, contact us so we can review the agreement and an appropriate remedy. Transfer of any source files or licenses is governed by the agreed project scope and payment terms.
How to request a cancellation or remedy
Email Kyron@thegoatprintz.com with the project or order name, date, contact information and the issue. We will review the request and respond with the options available under your agreement and applicable law. This policy does not restrict nonwaivable rights.
