Quotes and project authorization
Prices displayed on the site, including calculator figures, are illustrative starting points. Final quotes may depend on print quantity, materials, file preparation, shipping, production availability, project complexity, third-party costs and approved revisions. A project proceeds only after you receive and accept a separate written scope and price, together with any deposit or approval required in that agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate specifications, contact and delivery information, licensed source files, required approvals, and timely feedback. Clients must have rights to any artwork, brand marks, photographs, music, software or other content they direct us to use. Where applicable, clients are responsible for verifying product claims, labeling requirements, industry-specific rules and legal suitability before production.
Design proofs and revisions
Written proposals should specify included concepts, revisions, proof stages, editable/source-file deliverables and additional revision rates. A proof is for review, not necessarily a final print sample. Clients should check spellings, sizes, colors, barcodes, regulations and all content before approving production. Reasonable production tolerances and device-to-print color differences may occur and should be discussed in the project-specific order.
Websites and digital projects
Website proposals should identify platform, scope, domain/hosting ownership, third-party subscriptions, accessibility expectations, security responsibilities, support window, backups, content ownership, launch acceptance and change requests. Software integrations, rankings, uptime and conversion results are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. Client-supplied credentials should be shared through an appropriate secure method, not an open inquiry form.
Business document and compliance support
Any document formatting, organizational template, recordkeeping or governance-support engagement is subject to the scope and licensing limits of the provider. We do not undertake legal representation or individualized legal advice. Clients should have documents reviewed by qualified counsel when a legal judgment or legally sensitive drafting is needed. See our specific disclaimer.
Payment, changes and timing
Payment milestones, applicable taxes, shipping charges, rush fees, late payments, handoff terms, pause/cancellation consequences and delivery dates must be addressed in a separate written quote or service agreement. Material scope changes may require an updated price and schedule. We do not begin a paid order solely because you submit a website form.
After delivery and support
Acceptance criteria, correction windows, ongoing maintenance and product warranty terms vary by engagement and will be described in the signed scope or applicable order documentation. Review our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Fulfillment Policy for general guidance; mandatory statutory rights are not waived.
